Diàlogos is a series of cyanotype prints made in direct contact with natural agents. The title of the series is the Greek translation for "dialogue". The prefix ‘dia’ indicates an inherent contrast, as in "diametro", the distance of two opposite points in a circle. The term can be representative of the human experience with nature, a tormented relationship which swings between conciliation and fight without ever being resolved. The collaborative process to obtain the prints aims to represent this experience of fighting for control. The final results when exposed on paper embody this visual dialogue with the natural environment.
